Project Details
La Grande Mare is a major leisure and hospitality development located at Vazon Bay, Guernsey. The centrepiece of the scheme is a high‑quality Country Club accommodating lounge, café, conference and events facilities, together with a feature brasserie designed to serve both members and visitors.
The Country Club is linked to a golf clubhouse, health and fitness centre, and retail outlet.
The development brings together three complementary lifestyle functions within a single, integrated building, creating a cohesive and high‑value leisure and retail destination.
As part of the second phase of development, the Country Club also supports 16 luxury lodges, introducing a new hospitality offering to the Guernsey tourism market. The wider masterplan includes the complete redevelopment of an 18‑hole championship golf course alongside a new state‑of‑the‑art golf academy and driving range.
Rosper MEP have provided RIBA stage 3 validation and update works, RIBA Stage 4 MEP and Sustainability design works and RIBA stage 5 level dimensioned 3D modelling. All works completed in a collaborative manner with the wider design team to ensure the luxury aesthetics are not compromised when combined with the necessary service solutions.
