Les Ozouets Campus
Project Details
The construction of the Les Ozouets Campus (LOC) in Guernsey is estimated to cost just shy of £100m. The project brings together the Sixth Form Centre, The Guernsey Institute, the GTA University Centre, and the Institute of Health & Social Care Studies into a single transformational further education destination.
Rosper MEP have provided RIBA stage 4 validation and update works, RIBA stage 5 level dimensioned 3D modelling. All works due to the site progress has been completed at pace to bring the project back onto programme for stie installation.
Joining an existing project team at a late stage comes with challenges however the team at Rosper MEP are not averse to winning hearts and minds whilst completing the works we had been tasked to complete.
