Project Details
Bridge House, located in Reading, comprises CAT A office accommodation. Rosper MEP were appointed by the University of West London to undertake a comprehensive MEP condition survey to assess the building’s suitability for conversion into specialist teaching facilities.
Following completion of the survey and report, Rosper MEP presented the findings to the University’s project team. The assessment identified significant limitations in the existing MEP services distribution to the individual floor plates, which, alongside the proposed occupancy requirements, rendered the building unsuitable for the intended fit‑out.
The study provided the University with clear, evidence‑based insight to support informed decision‑making at an early stage of the project.
